Old School Connection

As people walk through the doors, businesses can build relationships. Those relationships continue to grow with every interaction. With that option currently off the table, I think one of the most effective ways to connect right now is with an old school phone call. Yep, digital dude is saying pick up the phone and make a call. That also means video, which is digital, so it’s not a complete stretch from what I usually talk about. 

This theory is coming from a recent personal experience. The owner of my gym called to talk about what’s happening and how they could help my rehab and training. That 5 minute conversation created a deeper bond with their business.

That’s the move right now, make it personal and go deep with the customers you have.
